At Smart Salem, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your Smart Salem account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
